had surgery wed, been feeling only a little pain, haven't taken pain meds. but oh wow the though of food is on my mind 24/7. I just came in my room bc my son and nephew are eating sub,chips, soda.

I had had a shake, jello, and crystal light and I feel hungry but don't know if I am hungry or is it just my mind hunger.

Keep telling yourself it is mind hunger! It is,. I am 11 days post op. I am ok until the roommate comes home and prepares his meals, I have to go into my room, close the door and light a candle regardless of not being physically hungry. The smell gets you.
