Crawfish season is killong me!

I used to eat 6 lbs at a time. I am stuffed at 2. I so miss the afternoons of eating crawfish all day! But this Is a good thing. The price of crawfish has doubled since last year! Lol. I will survive!

I've never had crawfish. My husband and I need to make a run one weekend to la. I habe so much energy now I'm ready to start doing things.

Stuffed at 2 crawfish or 2 lbs?

Bluegudren..... Same here! TWO pounds and a half an onion..... I'm good to go. We throw a big boil every May. Last May, I was on a two week mandated liquid diet and diligently stuck to it..... Was one of the hardest things to do.... Drink a liquid protein shake when we had 175 pounds of crawfish for all our guests. This year, those two pounds will be like heaven. I told my husband we should boil 120 pounds to secretly represent my weight loss!!!!!

neat idea HealthyNewMe...sounds like a plan...sorry to say I never got the taste for crawfish...so you can have my portion...LOLRH...enjoy
