Day 5 dramas and what not

Yesterday (day 4) I had an awful day I felt uncomfortable and gassy all day and to make things worse I got my period less than 10 days after my last one !!

I threw up last night after dinner I had a soft boiled egg which I puréed but I think I ate too much or to fast , anyway I threw up :( I had to get some de gas tablets because I was so uncomfortable.

I have had an upset stomach for the last 5 days so I am taking fibre again hopefully that helps

This morning I felt dizzy and not so great I need to drink more Fluid , also I am slowly having a Protein shake for Breakfast and I must say that has made me a whole lot better so that's a good start.

I did some dishes and a little bit of tidying up and it's okay so I do feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak :)

Also I have lost 8.8lbs in 5 days :)

Hey there, I am 7 days post op and dealing with same but seems to be getting better. I have found that if drink to much or to fast I feel like just been punched in my gut. So using lots of gas pills. But also have found more I walk better it is.

Hope this helps :). And WTG on weight loss so far :)

yes, gasiness can be resolved with walking for most of us

if you are feeling nauseous however, you need to contact your doctor...you shouldn't feel that way all the time.

liquids will help, make sure you are getting enough....

Good luck to you both
