  11. I have same feelings sometimes as well, and I am only 12 days post op. My hubby is only one in family that knows because when I mentioned it got NO family support. So with my hubby being truck driver I am doing this alone since he left after my surgery. If ya need a shoulder or just wanna chat send me msg to inbox and I will give you my email addy. We can help each other out
  12. I am 11 days post op and my surgeon has me on just an over counter vitamin that has all necessary things in it. It's walmart brand multi vitamin one a day but has me on 2 he said that is equal to ones they sell at office just cheaper lol. Hope this helps

  19. Sleeved on 4/1.....feeling great and 1st post op visit tommorrow so ready for staples to be history lol. Congratulations to all and Good Luck We all can so do this!!!!!!!!

  21. Hey there, I am 7 days post op and dealing with same but seems to be getting better. I have found that if drink to much or to fast I feel like just been punched in my gut. So using lots of gas pills. But also have found more I walk better it is. Hope this helps . And WTG on weight loss so far
  22. I am 6 days post op and yea the gas all I have found is to walk until you can't walk anymore unfortunately. And wish I had your surgeon cuz I am still on liquids and don't see him until Wednesday for first visit. So tired of liquids. But as I said walking is all that helps me the gas x strips was a waste for me. But have had others say works for them. Good Luck we are all in this together

  25. I had 7 days pre op, 5 days of it was high protein & liquids. And last 2 days was clear liquid. And I am 5 days post op and feeling great. Good Luck to You
  26. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!!!!! I am 5 days post op and feel great, but I think the key for me was I was up walking the halls within 1 1/2 hrs out of recovery. But you will do great . If u need anything please feel free to ask, I will try to help u out.
