Yes I have benn lightheaded and check bp cause mine gets low. Try to stay hydrated. I know it hard for me but I keep trying.

I think you need to go to Emergency room. Cause sounds to me you are dehydrated.

Tell them to kiss off. Its your body and life. You deserve to be healthy. Go for it.

I did go through a couple of days where I said what the heck was I thinking but 1 1/2 months out. I have no regrets. I had sme nausea next day after only due to gas in my stomach. I am down around 40 lbs. You will not regret this. Energy, smaller clothes and satifaction.

You have a strict doc. You will be fine keep your eye on the goal. You got this.

The shakes to me seem so heavy in my stomach I do not get sick. They just make my stomach queasy

I was off 3 weeks I am a nurse but the people I work with helped lift and tug. Take as much time as you can.

They gave me capsules and pills in the hospital the day after.

It is kinda hard to explain . It feels different to me now then when I had the full stomach . Its more pressure feeling I guess you could say.

They gave me pills the day after I had no problem. I take chewable vitamins now with no problem. Plus a capsule of my normal mezzos.

I went for short walks. Take it easy at first.

I ate them before time also. Just chewed it well. No problem
