Need breakfast ideas, sick of eggs and protein shakes

While perhaps boring, my Breakfast is quick and healthy. I have an 80 calorie yogurt with 3 teaspoons of grape nuts. Fills me up and I really love it.

I don't eat eggs... So I pan sear Canadian bacon, smear a tsp of light cream cheese and top with a slice of Tomato. Or sauté some fresh spinach with some soft tofu throw in some chopped turkey bacon and mild rotel tomatoes. Very tasty!
