What r u drinkin during "clear" liquids phase?

Just wanted to get ideas for the clear liquid phase - what all can we have?

Today I start the four days of protein shakes & small salad w/protein for dinner - then on day five I start "clear" liquids only.

I'm on day 5 of my pre-op liquid diet and I've found the different brands of broth can vary in taste so I say find one u like it can live with just note our taste buds can change. Post-op during my week of Clear Liquids I plan to have the following:

Broth

Crystal Light

SF Popsicles

SF Jello

Isopure fruity drink with 40grams of protein. Not sure if I can stomach it because it taste pretty gross but has a ton of protein.

I have to do clears this coming up weekend and bought sf popsicles, crystal light, a variety of cubes to make broth but reading the label yesterday on day one of my liquid diet, it showed 800 mg of sodium! :o I can only do one cup with that much sodium! If I do more than I will retain every bit of liquid I take in. I will be going back to the store today or tomorrow to see if they have a low/no sodium variety. I want something hot at times and that was the only thing I didn't have to limit, but with that amount of sodium I will have to limit to once a day. :(

I lived on water, broth, SF green or yellow Jello, clear low calorie juices, and SF lemonade JUICE BAR type popsicles.
