Anybody use advocare spark?

Having issues with my energy levels. Anybody use spark energy drinks? Was suggested to me by a fellow sleever. Just worried about caffeine. Love to hear your thoughts...

I have used something similar from a different company. It helps give me energy.

The one I use is from natural sourced caffeine, not chemical caffeine that is in most sodas and coffees. Because of this your body can process and break it down better.

I use spark and love the energy it gives me. Not so keen on the carbs it has as I usually only drink water, but I will take the energy.
