Had to break down and buy new jeans!

10 days post op. Lost 55 pounds all together so far since November. Had to get some jeans, they were all too big. Went shopping and found I went from a 5x to a 3x. From a size 32 to a 26!!! Today was an awesome day. Haven't worn these sizes in almost 15 years!

Awesome job! My suggestion to you is to shop at thrift stores for clothing, otherwise you will be spending a fortune as you continue to lose weight. I just bought a pair of jeans at goodwill for $3.99. Same brand I get at the retailers and never worn.

Keep up the good work and congratulations!

So awesome! Congrats! I've been buying clothes at Goodwill as well. I got a pair of jeans from Old Navy for $3. In the six months since my surgery, I've went from a 26 to an 18. You will just start feeling better and better the more you go down! :)

I wish I could do this, I still find it hard/impossible to find my size at thrift stores. I'm just gonna be wearing baggy, frumpy clothing until I am out of the plus size range.

Another option other than thrift stores is places like Ross, or Michaels. There stuff is cheap enough that you can buy a dress, or even a pair of pants every so many months and it's not a big budget breaker. Also, I am gonna be ALL about the sundresses once I get to a point where my pants are too big, but I don't want to buy new plus sized pants.

Congratulation! I've got a bunch of size 22 and 20 jeans listed on eBay that you will be "shrinking" into soon. If you are interested, I can send you the list and I'd pull them off eBay if you want them.
