Grazing for months and can't stop :(

Please help! I have 6.75 cc in a 9 cc band. I have lost 60 lbs and was feeling great.

I am in a slump for the past 7 months and am gaining weight because I eat all day.

I can't get it through my head to stop and I feel disgusting!!

Tight in the am and as long as I keep grazing I can eat more and more during the day.

Jewel go back to ur Dr. ASAP

Get another fill focus and get back on track we banders need each other

This happens when I don't keep busy enough doing something better with my time.

And when I actually eat a proper meal at meal time I don't get the compulsive 'sport eating' habit....which is all too easy to fall back into....

Stay busy, keep food off the counters, take yourself 'for walkies' or do some outdoor chores.

STAY BUSY.

You can do this.

get anything that makes you graze out of the house. you need to see your doctor perhaps a fill? also you need to get the 3 meals back into play. if you eat 4 oz of protein you will not feel so much like grazing. but it does sound like you need a fill. and a talk with your nutritionist and start drinking your water. it will help fill you up.
