Did anyone pay with credit card for their surgery? If not, what method payment did you use?

Depends on where you are having it done and what payments they accept. I went with OCC and I could pay with cashiers check or Paypal, but there were extra fees if you used PayPal.

I paid with cashiers checks-- That is how my doc preferred payment.

I paid with CC they (the Dr. ) charged 3% and the cc company charged 3% foreign transaction fee. But I was told if you use Cap One they don't charge a fee, but the Dr. Still will.

I wasn't charged any extra fees... every situation is different. Check with your cc co and your surgeons office.
