Tomorrow will officially be 6 weeks, while I have lost 50 pounds and I am going to the gym every day. I am still unable to successfully say I have moved into the second phase. I can tolerate some things, ie Tuna, eggs. I have tried chicken and turkey with less success, I also made a chili recipe from a bariatric cookbook, and I feel queasy after I eat that. (I used ground turkey)
Most mornings I eat cream of wheat or greek yogurt, and for lunch I mostly have soup or broth.. Same for dinner.
Is this relatively normal?
It feels like most stuff sits in my chest when I eat, am I still not eating slow enough? How long do you take between bites? How long do you chew?
