Anyone have united healthcare community plan nj family care

I will like to know if anyone have united healthcare community plan from nj family care with medicaid. Do this insurance pays for the sleeve surgery?

    I have UHC Community Plan through Maryland Medicaid. I was approved in 3 days and had my surgery 2/5/14...... I had no copay, Nothing. Call UHC and see what there requirements are. Mine was one year of therapy of some sort but i only did 6 months.
