  6. I live in MD but i had my surgey in DC an hour and a half away from my home because i have medicaid
  7. I have medicaid and i gained weight in my 6 months and was approved in 3 days.
  8. I have UHC Community Plan through Maryland Medicaid. I was approved in 3 days and had my surgery 2/5/14...... I had no copay, Nothing. Call UHC and see what there requirements are. Mine was one year of therapy of some sort but i only did 6 months.
  9. I have MD medicaid and I did 6 months nut visits, 1 psych eval, 1 cardio test, medical clearance and an online thing. I had my surgery 2/5/14 at WHC in DC and I am 41 lbs down..

  11. Thanks guys it feels wonderful, I was brought up with the saying you cant be big and funky and even though I never smelled bad I felt as though I could not being able to reach the whole back side. I honestly cant wait to look down and not see a belly lol.

  15. I am 3 weeks post op today and while I was in the shower this morning I had no problem washing my back side as I once did 3 weeks ago. I have never shared this with any other soul and I must say I feel wonderful. Even though I dnt see any loss I feel a little different. Sorry if this was to much info I needed to share
  16. I was in the hospital sleeping on my stomach.. by the middle of the night I had found my way on my stomach... I also had my incisions glued.
  17. I can have cream based soups, SF jello, SF ice pops, low fat cottage cheese, etc full liquid diet. I was thinking 4.5 oz was a lot
  18. I am 4 days post op and I can eat about four and half oz of cream based soups. I want to know if that is normal. And not all at once over a period of 40 minutes.
  19. I live in Maryland but I had my surgery in Washington DC. I considered my self a healthy fat grl. I had nothing no diabetes, no hbp, nothing, I had the robotic assisted VSG, my weight I started at 354lbs. Surgery weight was 344. I was also approved the 1st time my papers were submitted.
