I was told today when I lose a lot of weight that I will need to see a trainer or doctor; because my body is used to being overweight so I will have to retrain my body to walk as a smaller person. Has anyone had this problem?

So I've had my 3 week post op and I'm down 24 pounds(5 pre-op) yeah! I thought I would be able to eat vegetables and chicken but NO :'( for the next 4 weeks I'll eat eggs, fish tofu,cheese, seafood and my protein shakes. Omg what the heck kind of menu is this?
