I primarily use olive oil & coconut oil. Occasionally I use peanut oil. I use butter but very sparingly

I cook my food with a bit of olive oil in general or a bit of butter, It depends on what I am cooking. I cook all my food tough. Sometime to give food flavor I add a cube or two (depending on the size of the pot) of chicken bouillon or beef bouillon.

Scant butter or olive oil

I use pam's organic olive oil spray , and coconut oil when I have to but I have a really good skillet that usually doesn't require anything. Depending on that I'm cooking I may also use REAL butter.

They spray stuff is good but I would suggest getting a non stick pan too!
