This is me after 5 months, still a long way to go, but a huge improvement!!

I was sleeved on June 24th and dropped 12 pounds in 12 days, and then the scale just STOPPED! I've been freakin out for the last ten days.... i knew stalls would happen I just didn't think they would happen so quickly! I'm trying to convince myself that it will move again. Praying I didn't remove most of my stomach just to lose 12 pounds.

I was sleeved 6/24....the first 12 pounds melted off, then the scale stopped and hasn't moved in about a week. Trying really hard not to freak out but it's not easy. I thought I was prepared for stalls, but I didn't think it would happen so soon ????

Amazing!!! Everyone celebrates "onederland," (as they should!!) but let us not forget that each of us has different milestones and goals on their journey! Twoterville....lol I like it. I know it's easier said as an outsider, but if that ends up being the case, good riddance to bad rubbish! That will give you an opportunity to meet someone who truly cares about you and your well being and wants you to be around and alive and healthy for years and years to come! Because it sounds like your husband misses an indulgent frat brother to sit at the buffet with. A wife, husband, or life partner or whatever you have is so much more than just someone to have dinner with. If that's the deal breaker for him.....go ahead and let the door hit him in his dumb ass on the way out!

I LOVE following everyone's IG accounts! Surgery's just over a month away and I'm starting to really panic. I can't wait to start posting my own before and after pics, but I'm so afraid! Of the surgery, the new lifestyle, AND about sharing such personal pictures...I wonder if I feel as reluctant to put "fat pictures" up then as I am to post them now. I WISH the waiting was the hardest part, cause it sure is tough! Is it June 24th yet...?

Hey! I don't know why I didn't see this until now! I was doing so well for a few months making all these positive changes preop and I lost 20 lbs! And then I had a good two weeks of going out to eat and eating eeeeeverything. But some crazy miracle I only gained back about 4 pounds, but I know I'm a runaway train at this point and really need to get my crap together this coming month before surgery! How have u been doing since??

I didn't have a PCP either so my gyn wrote my letter of necessity. I'm sure your OB can. But you should also find a PCP to see regularly after the surgery, just a thought. Not sleeved yet; waiting for 6/24!
