Struggling with junk food.

I've let myself indulge in some unhealthy Snacks. I've not gone back to eating fast food, which I struggled badly with before VSG.

I'm 6 months out. Down 144 lbs since March 22, 2013.

Any tips on how to get back on track? I've scheduled to see a psych to talk thru some of the addictive issues I've been working on for the last two years.

Thank you!

I agree with everyone. Getting an appointment with a psych. may increase your understanding regarding addiction. Like

the preverbial- eating only one(1) of something can be a true test of one's willpower and unfortunately not everyone is

strong in that area.Making sure your house does not include trigger foods is important along with having healthy products

that were encouraged postop.Exercise.Best of luck.Charles2911

I was sleeved May 24, 2013 and have lost 89#. Feel wonderful. However still I find it hard to satisfy my "hunger". I eat my protein and then a little bit later I feel like I could eat a cow. Anyone have any suggestions about satisfying this actual or head hunger? Anyone else have this issue?
