I agree with everyone. Getting an appointment with a psych. may increase your understanding regarding addiction. Like
the preverbial- eating only one(1) of something can be a true test of one's willpower and unfortunately not everyone is
strong in that area.Making sure your house does not include trigger foods is important along with having healthy products
that were encouraged postop.Exercise.Best of luck.Charles2911
Hi BigJoe:
The main thing is to keep with a plan and exercise. Believe in yourself. You will be surprised by the daily changes both
internally and externally.Wishing you much success>
Hi Cdestra,Southjerzjoy, and MGR 1852,
I was sleeved on December 10,2013 and this journey is one of trial and discovery. I,too, have days where food tastes well and others not . Patience, believing in oneself, and experimentation are my mottos. Charles2911
Macman:
Glad to hear of your excellent progress. I had the gastric sleeve in December 2013 and have lost 45 pounds thus far. I have
begun exercising 3 days a week ( treadmill, recumbent be, upper body weights). Any suggestions? Charles2911
