I am a self pay and I could take off membership for gym and also I live 2 hours away so my mileage was deductible too.

My surgeons at seminar quoted $17500.

After they dealt with my insurance and concluded I would have to be a self pay they went into detail about costs with me. It would actually be

$18451.00 for medical expenses.

Just thought this might be interesting thread.

I was a self pay too, but my surgery/hospital alone was about $20,000. It has been worth every penny of it!

4846 Euros which works out at $6,456.15

I have to pay for my fills at $220 a time... I'm really happy with my new friend!!
