Lack of energy

I was sleeved 2 weeks ago today and have 0 energy! Is this normal? I'm dOing my protein.

At 67 I had lots of energy 2 weeks post sleeve and shopped for hours. I do not know if it was mental or what. I do take a great multivitamin, B-12 shots, have had a knee replacement, and have followed the guidelines of the surgeon. Do you have a Nutritionist you can talk to? You should get lots of advice here. Best of luck!

yes...I eoo am tired...i am in my 4th week. its quite normal.

It's very normal. My was in spurts as well. Talked to my Nut. And she added vitamin b 12.

I'm three weeks post op and just now have noticed feeling more energetic. Some days I felt it was all I could do to get up. My butt was literally dragging lol ... but it is getting better now!
