IS THIS HAPPENING WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS?

It's funny how some of my weight loss happens. One day I can weigh say 210 and the next day I can weigh 208, same thing happened when the scale said 206 it happened in one day's time. Is this possible to lose 2 pounds in a days time? Not that I am complaining at all, just was wondering if this was happening to anyone else? I have a habit of trying to weigh myself everyday or every other day. I am trying to go back to weighing weekly. Is this happening to you???

It happens. I try to weigh myself at the same time of day, usually first thing in the morning. I've weighed myself more than once in a day and it can fluctuate throughout the day.

that's when I weigh myself too, in the morning. otherwise I know it would fluctuate.

I have experienced the same thing. I found that the weight loss that quickly is more an indication of hydration levels and if I've been dealing with constipation. I can easily lose 2 pounds if I've not had good bowel movements for 3 days! (sorry if that is too much information!)

Likewise the "real" weight loss seems to come in waves for me. I will be at a constant weight for 3 or 4 days and then suddenly lose 1 or 1.5 pounds. It is just so unpredictable!

yes Catherine, mine can be that way too, it is unpredictable. thank for the info though, it is helpful.
