Never thought id say this.. HOW DO I SLOW DOWN OR STOP WEIGHT LOSS?

Im within 10lbs of my "new goal weight" casue i blew the original goal weight out of the Water. IM actually starting to get to skinny. Several people have mentioned it to me. Im in a 33" ( from a 52-54) waist and large shirt ( from a 4xl ). Is it as simple as adding calories? I still find it hard to eat what i eat just cause of the fact that im truly still never hungary and i eat only casue i have to. Any sugestions???

Thank you

Christian

Yes, add calories. Try healthy, calorie-dense foods like nuts, avocado, olive oil mayonnaise, and dried fruit. Eat more frequently rather than larger meals -- you want to maintain your restriction.

Congratulations on all your success!

Add a Protein shake with fruits in it. The added carbs and protein should help. Also, lift weights and do less aerobic exercise.

I'd suggest one variable per month and seeing the change over those 3-4 weeks, adjust every month on variable until you are where you want to be. What a wonderful WL tool you have to be able to have this "problem"

Add a meal to your schedule.. Since u want to keep your stomach small..

Also, see a nutritionist that specializes in bariatric care, I am sure she would have a good plan for u. Check with the hospital that u had surgery.. I am sure they can set up an appt with their nutritionist that takes care of bariatric patients.
