I don't know what I'm doing wrong because I really haven't lost any weight....HELP

"Really haven't lost any weight" means what? You didn't lose what you expected or you really didn't lose anything? What was your starting weight as what is your current weight? So you eat all your protein? More info is def needed.

When I went into surgery I was 221 and went down to 181 but now I've been gaining I'm at 190 I take 80-90g of protein a day I walk and do Zumba and also I weight my food I eat 6 oz a meal I Really don't know what's going on I'm trying my best what else can I do

1st congrats on what you have lost. I'm 2 months out sw 230, cw 195. I have fears that is will stop losing too. Have you talked to your NUT? Maybe changing your routine will help. Change up your foods & exercise. I'd def talk to your NUT. Are you journaling?

Journaling is definitely good-I use myfitness pal. Also I've always heard when u exercise the same and eat the same, your body can get into a rut. R u in contact with your surgeon and nutritionist? If you've been stalled this long I would definitely get in contact with them.
