I no longer have a food section. Does anyone know where it went?

It's all the way down the list in the General Weight Loss Surgery section because the recipes apply to everyone! The recipes have been reorganized by surgery phase and there is a section for vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and other special needs as well. Check it out!

That, the exercise one, and the plastics one. I'm stuck up, I just want to talk to VSG peeps! LOL

Those forums are all going really well. Those are concerns that are the same no matter what surgery you had, and it is best to pool all our knowledge. I think you will find that the info and support are better than ever!
