Seasoning your one meal for Pre Op diet.

On my diet it's high protein low carb low sodium sugar free so I get two shakes a day and one meal. Now I don't season anything but I'm on Day 4 and I was wondering if rosemary ans thyme are okay to season lets say chicken with? Has anyone asked their nutritionist? Please give me feed back. I'm fine either way, just curious. Don't worry no cheating for me.:)

I would think any seasonings would be fine unless they are filled with salt. I would think it would make it more enjoyable.

See that's what I thought and that seems to be the most popular answer I'm receiving from family. Thanks!
