My fitness Pal

How many carbs, fats, sugars do I put into my fitness pal...my calories is 700-800 per day & my protein is 80-85 but I don't know what the others are..I am 8 weeks post op..

It's different for everyone but since I'm not eating very much of that stuff anyway I just set protein at 80 g, calories at 800 and let mfp take care of the rest

Like Seela said, everyone is different.

I know how my body reacts to too many carbs and sugars..so for me personally, I keep my carbs at 30grams carbs or less and fat at 15-20grams or less. That's where I need to stay in order to lose the weight.

Protein I keep above 70grams.

You can also go into your settings and turn off a bunch of the nutrients If you don't care about them as much. It was doing my head in trying to get all of the numbers perfect.
