When do you step on the scale? We are all lighter in the mornings, but should we consider this our true weight?
OR
Should we consider the weight we are at any given time our true weight?
When we go to the doctor for checkups you will, most likely, have eaten something and drank Fluid, so the morning weight probably won't match.

I am very curious, what weight do you use?
