I am so excited I just got the call from blue cross blue Sheild Federal that my request was approved and my letter will be mailed out. My doctor submitted the docs on 12/30/13 and I was approved 01/02/2014. I am scheduled to be sleeved on 01/14/2014. This has got to be my year.

I received a letter from BCBS PPO of Massachusetts and I know they just submitted my paperwork....Doctors office said it can be up to 30 days. The letter today stated my surgery date was Wed 2/12/14 and I was approved...and that's a Wed the only day this surgeon operates. They didn't notify me of a date so soon...I figured the end of feb early March....I can get my boss to cover me but it has made me panic a wee bit....it feels on top of me.

The doctors office just submitted my paperwork Wed this past week and my approval was given within 2-3 days? Just odd it's so fast.

Gathering my needed documents to submit to the insurance for approval. I cant wait!
