I had my surgery on Tuesday January 28th. When I woke up after it was the worst pain ever and I hated doing this! But now, 5 days later and 10 lbs lighter (when I weighed myself yesterday!) I'm feeling a lot better! The gas pain hurts more than the incisions now but I use my heating pad and that helps a lot! I haven't had any nausea thank god! It is a lot of hard work, but it's worth it!

Feeling much better now at the end if day six. Question, are you hungry? I can't stop thinking about delicious foods. I think I'm just head hungry so I'm trying to ignore it, but I'm starting to feel a little weak. Going to try some 100 cal Greek yogurt-- good source of protein. Afraid of failing- I want to STOP thinking about food!

Yeah. The first couple of days are hell! But remember it gets better!

I haven't experienced hunger. I did almost pass out yesterday in the shower. I ate some yogurt and that helped. Today I had a Protein shake before I took a shower. Much better!

Good luck next week!!
