Have had the gastric sleeve

Hello there my name is sherry and i recently has the gastric sleeve done on April 16th of this year and i have lost a total of 40 lbs and i am looking for resipes to try and also more encouragement to get back ontrack. I have had a roughmonth due to the anniversary month of losing my 26 year old son and it is really very hard for me to evwn exercise at all
