Having Trouble Loosing -Sleeved October 31, 2013

Since I've been back on solids, and I struggle to loose any more weight.

I've gone between 1-2 lbs loose and gain. I've been starting to walk and try to get my Protein in, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

How many calories a day are you eating? Are you getting your fluids and proteins? I am a little concerned about this issue myself I had surgery on 11/19 , I lost ten pounds the first and have been stuck ever since.

Have you spoken to your dietitian or doctor. When was your follow up? How much have you been loosing so far. I had a stall and lost nothin for a week and a half the scales just went up and down. I was sleeved on Oct 28th then this week finally I have had another loss. Suggestion don't weigh yourself every day it can be off putting
