What to bring to a potluck

Having a pitch in/potluck at work tomorrow. I looked at the list of what everyone is bringing. Everything is either carb heavy or junk. So, in essence nothing I can eat. I need to sign up to bring something but I want it to be something I can eat. I'm almost 4 months out so I'm not limited by diet just by my sleeve itself.

Any suggestions? My sleeve does not care for lunch meat or beef products so those are out.

Spicy meatballs are what I usually bring.

A bag of Turkey or beef Italian meatballs( you can use any kind of meatballs you want) I usually by the precooked ones all I have to do is heat them.

2 cans of cream of mushroom Soup

a jar of sliced jalapeños.

Put the meatballs in the crockpot add both cans of the cream of mushroom soup and then add the jar of jalapeños. Turn on the crockpot and cook them till the meatballs are hot.

Sounds great! Can you post this in the Recipe Sharing area of the Food forum?
