Your body is adjusting to what is happening to it. I gained when I switched over to each different stage so don't panic. As long as you follow your doctors and nuts instructions you WILL lose!! Good luck on your journey!

Thanks! I've lost 24 lbs. then like I said I got on the scale this morning and I was up 1.5. I couldn't understand how eating so little amount of calories how you can put weight on. sigh....thanks for responding.

It is weird how your body reacts but it is protecting itself. Focus on your protein and water everything else will fall into place. I am 4 1/2 month out and I'm down 86 lbs. and I lose every other week!!! One week my body adjust the next week I'm down 5-7 lbs. you will find your pattern. I do log everything so I can see what I'm eating! Good luck!

It could just be a normal weight fluctuation. Thats why i hid my scale. I showed a two pound gain, and i barely eat anything. After that, i just put my scale away for a month. I didnt want to get discouraged. Good luck to you!

I weigh once a week. I stalled once a month for a long time. I just kept logging my food , drinking, and meeting my protein goals, and the weight came off, and keeps coming off. Trust the process...you got this!

Thank you for asking this question Mychoice2lose and thank you Ladies for taking the time to respond. I had my surgery 11-11-13 and I have already hit a stall worse gained 1.5 lbs. I did start soft foods last week...so I am not sure. I read the other post which gave me hope that all will be fine. I have been busy putting up Christmas decor and at the end of the day my feet and ankles swell...I haven't list enough yet for that to stop????. I think I will put my scales away and weigh once a week.
