I'm a slow loser, but as long as I'm losing, I'm OK.

Started at 268, sleeved at 255, now at 219.

Sleeved on 11-13.

I feel great! New clothes, better attitude and no meds anymore.

As long as the weight is going down and not up, I'm delighted!

Plugging along here :). Very pleased with the sleeve as a tool and feel like slow loss is good loss as my personal goal (though not yet truly in focus) is not too far away. (I have been concentrating on retaining muscle/Lean Body Mass and I think I've been successful.) (I weigh 159 today with 30% body fat. When I weighed 159 7 years ago, my body fat percentage was 36%.) I think my personal goal will be an in-shape 148 lbs which should take me off the line between two clothing sizes (10/12)and a BMI of 23 or so.

Most important thing, of course, is that my Blood Pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar are all blessed-ly normal!

Congrats and best wishes to all - so great to hear all the gratitude and upbeat news on here :)

Just hit my 100lb loss since I started my journey last July. 76 since surgery.

I workout using a hypertrophy training routine I got from www.JEFIT.com

If you do any kind of weight training I highly recommend this site and app. They have many prebuild weight lifting programs.

I can't wait until May when I go back to get my body analysis done. At 3 months I had put on 11lbs of muscle and since then I guarantee that I am over 20lbs of muscle. The weight is just rolling off of me.

I live on Protein shakes being that I lift weights 5 days a week. My favs are Isopure-chocolate, Combat-cinnamon bun, nectar - Any flavor, Iso100 - birthday cake (this stuff is amazing. Add any fruit to it)

So would this app and program work well for females? Is it adaptable?

I have finally reached my 75 lbs lost Mark... I feel great. I still have a way to go to reach my goal but hitting 4 months w this weight loss gives me hope I have never had. My diet continues to be high in Protein, 80-90 grams a day, and low to no carb & sugar.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
