In August I had a health scare and I wasn't supposed to exercise. Needless to say this made me slack off a bit :( Now I am trying to get back on track. I joined this group today to see if I can get motivated again for the new year!

i'm ok. down only 44lbs. it was a few more but i went up a little with the holidays. i'm back on track now, started adding more exercise. plan to go see my nut and just got another fill....i still feel no restriction. i have 7.5 (i think) in my 14 cc band....but i'm in it for the long haul.

I am down 98 lbs so far. It feels great. I started in a size 26 and just bought a size 14 last weekend. I can't remember ever being this size and feeling this good!! Exercising 4 days a week.

I am feeling good :) I wish I had more motivation to exercise though I think once I start back with that I will start dropping more weight I have been within the same 10 pounds for 5 months now so it is really frustrating. Everyone says I look like I have dropped weight recently but the scale isn't showing it and I'm not seeing it. Overall so so so happy I did this :)

Hi all. I am doing well but feeling a little down. I haven't seen my Dr in about a month because I have restriction but I am still hungry. Been up and down 3 to 4 pounds for the last several months. Lost around 60 lb since my lap-band placement on April 4, and about 20 from the pre op diet for a total of 80 so far. I've been at a plateau for about 3 months now. I was hoping my Doctor would start back up with Support groups, but after 4 months without, they finally updated the Facebook page with.....Sorry I haven't updated in a while, we just got a NEW doctor and another to start in April, and we will no longer be having Lap band support meeting. I feel like I have been dumped! Their were three meetings in total. I am very disappointed, to say the least.
