  1. In August I had a health scare and I wasn't supposed to exercise. Needless to say this made me slack off a bit Now I am trying to get back on track. I joined this group today to see if I can get motivated again for the new year!

  4. I can't remember the name of the medicine my dr. gave me (maybe scopolamine?) but it is a patch that you put behind your ear. It work wonders! I never felt nauseated unless I forgot the patch.
