Welcome to LBT! If you dont mind me asking, what exactly is not going very well? If you post questions on here they do get answered. Maybe all you need is just a few suggestions from some lap band pros which you will meet a lot on here.

I have also had my band in for over year...and it has been a slow progress for me but way worth it...I wouldn't have it any other way...Finding LBT has been a big part of my success to date there are wonderful people here that always have an encouraging word to say and that goes a long way in keeping me motivated to stick with the program.
