Up a pound after my carb-filled weekend....cheesy bread, raspberry cobbler, pancakes, crackers, and wine. But that's what a bounce range is for!

No change since last posting. Missed last week's as I was on the road.

Anyone besides me struggling? Seems like everyone who has continued to post their weight is continuing downward...except me. :-/

No, you aren't the only one. Personally, I have been between 181 - 186 for months now. My life is so stressful and it is so hard to get back on track. I know I need to decrease my snacking on carbs while I study and increase my exercise but...I am ok to maintain at the moment at least until I graduate from PA school in July.

Blessings,

Tammie

I had my one year Dr. Appt today (a little over a month late). I'm maintaining at about 151 lbs. and my blood tests were all perfect - great news. I'm struggling a bit with sweets lately, but will (hopefully) win the battle.

Interesting phenomenon...Because of my fast paced travel week, I exercised very little this past week and didn't eat very well...what happens? I lose 1.6 lbs. Hmmm....go figure!!!

Have a great week everyone!

Does anybody remember the link to the recipes? I am looking for the pumpkin Protein Shake. I have gained a couple of pounds and need to get back on track. Thanks!

Took my dog in for an MRI last week and found out he has a metastatic tumor in his cervical spine, not the herniated disk we were thinking it was. Spent the last 6 days stress eating my way back to the top of my bounce range.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
