New Directions Products, Required By My Doc For Pre Op

Does any one have to use these? We are required to use it and it is very expensive. I have been onthe preop diet now for 10 days and the flavors of shake soup and pudding are not bad over all. Just costly. I don't see many people using them on here.

My surgeon's office sells and recommends them. They weren't terrible tasting, but yes, very expensive. I found a Protein powder mix at Vitamin shoppe that actually tasted better and was lower in sugar and carbs. I totally agree with you!
