If you go into the app and get errors saying you don't have permission, you are probably logged off. To log back in you need to kill the app and restart it. To do that on iOS, click the Home button once to get to the home screen, then double-click the Home button and swipe the BariatricPal app upward out of your list of running apps. (This is on iOS). I see lots of people with these permission issues and I hope they will see this and stop reporting it.
Now, a couple theories about why this is happening. Alex and co will probably know for sure.
1. Maybe it is a time-based logout. If you haven't viewed the site in X amount of time, you are logged out?
2. Maybe you can only be logged into one instance of the app at once (one session). I have both an iPhone and an iPad and I always seem to be logged out of one of them when I use the app on the other one. I can't prove this for sure.
