Bizarre Info On My Profile. Who Are These People?

On my profile page there is this:

Nicole1 is planing to have a LAP-BAND Surgery on 6 December 2012.

Emma Patterson

Oregon Weight Loss Surgery, LLC 2233 - F Willamette Street Eugene OR 97210

.......and also a picture of a little boy.

I have no idea who these people are or how they got on my profile. Has my account been hacked? What happened? I see no way for me to delete this bizarre info. Can one of the admins handle it?

Nothing was hacked. It obviously has to do with the new design of the site. There must be some issue or bug.

I don't see what you're referring to though so it's a little difficult to troubleshoot. This is what I see:

You changed the theme to one that's not supported. That's what's causing your issues. Change back to our standard theme please instead of the one you switched to. Click change theme on bottom left corner of site.
