I ran 2 miles this morning. Pretty pumped up about it, as I was shooting for just one but kept on running (felt a bit like Gump). At the beginning of the year, I could barely walk a mile. This has been a life changer!

that is awesome!! I can't wait to run again. Have been dealing with a sprained back post surgery. Grrrrr
