Premier Protein Shake Price

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know the price of Premier Protein shakes at Sams/Costco? I'm trying to decide if its worth getting a membership. Thanks!

I paid 18$ and some change. You can round it to roughly 20$ for a case which comes with 12. One of the best tasting ones honestly. I bought mine from Sam's. Also, Myoplex EAS carb control (strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla) are pretty good too. Also sold at Sam's. I paid maybe 8 dollars more and got 30 to a case. I've never been to costco though.

RTD (Ready to Drink) shakes are so pricey if bought single or in four packs, I think it would only make sense to buy them in bulk from a place like Sam's Club or costco. That said, I love the Muscle Milk mocha latte RTD, and the EAS vanilla lite and the Oh Yeah!s :)

Not sure on the price but I saw a Group On yesterday for a Sams Club Membership....might want to check that out in your area.

The RTDs may be pricier but if you have a hectic lifestyle and still want shakes - then consider them. The 30g in Protein is just amazing. I have been using them exclusively since the end of month 2 (I am now month 4) and taking my Vitamins... No hair loss.

Previously I was using the Bariatric fusion brand - which was very good but found it so hard to get the RTD - I just got tired of making shakes. Drinking a premier RTD now as I head off to the gym.

Best of luck on your journey!

I also pay $24 for 18 in my area at costco. That's about $1.34 each. That's cheaper than a fast food drive-through, so I figure I'm worth it :) They store well and travel well, and they really pack a lot of nutrition for 160 calories.

Aside from that, I love costco. They have lots of other things that are good sources of Protein and low calorie. I always get a big tub of Fage 0% greek yogurt, chicken burgers, and a few other items that are staples for me. However.....you gotta watch out because they have plenty of other things I need to avoid! When I go there, I will actually make it my lunch :) I try all their Snacks, which gives me a big variety of things I would never eat otherwise, and it's quite satisfying. Of course, I count all the calories. It's a guilty pleasure that's within reason for my diet, and I don't have to buy it and have it in the house. I'm still so amazed that a few samples will fill me up. I do so love my sleeve :)

BJ's Club....$17.99 for 12 and they accept coupons. I bought $5 off coupons on Ebay(10 of them for $2.65) so I am paying $12.99 for a 12 pack. I drink one everyday for Breakfast and get 30 grams of Protein to start my day.

if you have a friend with a membership to costco, ask them to either pick some up for you or tag along with them.....

Sams Club/Costco does have them for about $18/12 pack. Keep on eye on Amazon.com though b/c often times you can add them as an "add-on" to your order for $7/12 pack! Great deal! I have done it several times and you get FREE shipping - can't beat that. For some reason if you order like that it does take about 4-5 weeks to arrive but hey for that price you can stock up. I bought 48 shakes for $28! :)

You can get them at Walmart now, I paid $6 and some change for a 4-ok (so about $19 for a 12pk and no membership cost).

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
