Oh, nevermind my last question. I saw on Amazon that the directions read 8-16 oz. per full scoop. Thank you! I will give it a shot! :)

HOW MUCH Protein is in one of these drinks.. and is this why you drink one a day? Just my question for you....Do you get other protein , in other ways?

The Isopure ready to drink is 40 grams of protein per 20 oz bottle. I also get protein from pureed meats and I make a 24 oz Protein Shake every morning using 1-2 scoops of Unjury w sf flavored syrups and soy milk, sometimes a spoon of instant coffee, greek yogurt, or a banana etc... I try to make sure that every oz of food or drink counts.

My Nut says the Isopure is lacking in carbs that I need and suggested mixing it with a pure fruit juice. I mix cranberry juice with the fruit punch 8oz isopure and 4oz pure cranberry, it cuts the artificial sweetener taste and has a nice tartness to it.

Great idea! I will have to try this.

Was sleeved 10/1 struggled getting in my 60 g of Protein, - do not like the chalky shakes - I recently switched to a Liquid Protein ( New Whey liquid protein ) 42 g of protein in each bottle comes in different favors - they taste nasty drinking it out of the bottle but I mix a third of it with Water in a sports bottle now it just taste like Vitamin water it last a day or two. At Walmart cost about $2.50. Acts as a great supplement to other Proteins and no messy blender!

I am the poster child for herbalife Protein drink mix. The mango peach is so good and has 15 gm Protein for 2 scoops. I sip it all day and meet my protein and Fluid goals. It has a more crystal lite texture, not a thick texture at all. I order it on Amazon and have gone through about a tub a week since my surgery.

I have only tried the pumpkin spice and while I would not call it chalky, it is very very sweet.

I have tried the "ready made" shake from GNC meal shake" pumpkin spice" was the flav..i LOVED IT. it was 170 cal..

and 25 grams of high Protein... ONLY bought one to try it.. I would buy it again. and keep it in the fridge..

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
