I've been trying to push this process along as quickly as possible, so I'm happy to report that I had my psych eval yesterday and since they didn't mention the term 5150 or chase me to my car with restraints, I think I'm ok to go through. :-)

Next step: calling the surgeon's office on Monday morning to let them know I completed it (their request) so that they can send it all off to my insurance. Woohoo!!!
