I'm the same way when I go visit my in-law's (or they come here). It's all "where are we going to eat" and "when are we going".... everything is food centered!

Because of that, I still do my exercise, and I do not change my schedule just because they are visiting. I have to adjust what I do when I'm at their house, but I still do something.

sjs that is the funniest resonse I have seen thanks.

bigsleeve, glad I could give you a laugh today :)

Sometimes it is a good idea for to get away from them for awhile and leave them to babysit!

Good response...lol but I was talking about Aunt Flo...the menstrual cycle...lol!!

If possible, it makes sense to continue exercising during that time.

I cracked up while reading this.

OMG this all just made me LOL

Big lol!

Sometimes when she is about to visit, I just do not have the energy to do anything but lay down.
