I'm four weeks and stomach cramps wake me up in the middle of the night. Anyone else have this?? What did you do. Why is this happening

I have an appointment tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience

your period coming ? Gas? constipation? any of these will cause that and if you eat just before bed might also be a cause...lets us know please

UPDATE: So I had my first follow up and I told him I've been miserable since surgery. He said the reason my stomach was cramping was because my body was hungry. Told me to eat more and to increase my protein. Also told him about the nausea and he said it was because of the excess mucus just sitting in my pouch. To fix that he suggested drinking warm liquids to help break it up. Did all that he suggested and I'm thankful I can say I feel MUCH better!!! Will still wait a couple of weeks for my first fill to give my body a chance to adjust
