HamHockSkye reacted to Postop in Duodenal switch surgery on past Tuesday.@HamHockSkyeI was in the hospital with morphine for 5 days so there it was not bad. When I got home I took pain pills for a couple of days and then was able to switch to ibuprofen. I hope it's a similar transition for you.

HamHockSkye reacted to SorryNameTaken in Non milky Protein powderSyntrax Nectar has a bunch of fruit flavors. I bought the 17 flavor sample pack, but I haven't tried all of them yet. Their lemon tea flavor would mix nice with Crystal Lite. They also have a roadside lemonade flavor, but I have not tried it yet so I can't say how it is. My favorite of their fruit flavors so far is grape.
