Hi!

So I had my official weigh in this morning, It has been one month.

I am at: 218.8! That means 31+ pounds! Not too bad for one month.

I am pretty happy!

That's awesome! It took me three months to do that! Congrats!

Awesome job! I am 3 1/2 weeks out and I lost 22 lbs and a pant size!

Amazing job!!! I hope I can follow in your foot steps! I am 3 weeks out tomorrow and I'm down to 248 at last check (Sat. morning). I started at 268. I am a little worried that when I can eat regular food again that the weight loss will slow down :( Granted I'm still not eating as much as I was before, so I guess it can't be that bad!
